The Noel Group is excited to be recruiting a skilled and dedicated Breakfast Chef de partie for a hotel in Cavan. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation. This role requires an early start at 6 am to ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service, delivering a range of delicious meals that exceed guest expectations. If you are well-organized, creative, and capable of working both independently and as a key team player in the kitchen, we would love to hear from you.
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the kitchen meets all food hygiene regulations, including strict adherence to HACCP standards.
- Prepare and cook breakfast items to a consistently high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Deliver high-quality breakfast dishes, paying attention to presentation and taste.
- Minimize food wastage through effective stock rotation and management.
- Ensure guests’ needs and dietary requirements are met, delivering a positive breakfast experience.
- Assist with food preparation for other meals and events following breakfast service.
- Confidently manage large group breakfasts, such as those for wedding parties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel kitchen is essential.
- Must be available to work early mornings, including weekdays and weekends.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Must have permission to work and reside in Ireland.
- A valid driving license is required.
