The Noel Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our client’s dynamic culinary team. The ideal Chef de Partie will have a passion for creating exceptional dishes and desserts while consistently maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Our client is a well-established café that takes pride in delivering an extraordinary experience for its guests. With a focus on creativity and quality ingredients, the restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring both savory dishes and delectable pastries.

Responsibilities
– Prepare and cook high-quality dishes and pastries in a fast-paced environment
– Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to develop new menu items
– Ensure all food preparation and cooking meets the highest standards of quality and presentation
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
– Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels and food costs
– Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed

Qualifications
– Proven experience working as a Chef De Partie or pastry chef
– Strong culinary skills and a creative approach to food and pastry preparation
– Knowledge of various cooking techniques and a passion for staying current with industry trends
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Certification from a culinary institution is a plus

Salary
Salary for this position ranges from €35,000 to €38,000
