Catering assistant Limerick

Job description

Catering Assistant required for busy clients in Limerick and surrounding area for temporary and ongoing shifts with weekly pay.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure food storage and kitchen preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety standards.
• Ensure all utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware are washed properly, dried and stored correctly.
• Ensure all kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and equipment, are kept clean.
• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash pots.
• Keep the food and supply storage areas tidy.
• Help with food prep tasks (such as peeling and chopping vegetables) when required.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of catering or relevant experience.
• Eligibility to work in EU.
• PPSN
• Manual Handling Cert
• Food Safety/Haccp Cert
• Must Hold Driving Licence

Shift Details:

• Flexible hours, Full time & Part time
• €13.50 per hour or more
