JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently recruiting Kitchen Porters (KP), Catering Assistants (CA), and Hospitality Cleaners to support client sites primarily in Waterford, with opportunities also available for candidates from surrounding areas who are willing to travel.

These are flexible, temporary roles, ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic who are dependable, adaptable, and enjoy working in fast‑paced hospitality environments.

Roles Available

• Kitchen Porters (KP)
• Catering Assistants (CA)
• Hospitality / Commercial Cleaners

Key Responsibilities (role dependent)

• Supporting kitchen teams with day‑to‑day operations
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in kitchens and work areas
• Assisting with food preparation and service
• Cleaning dining areas, service spaces, and back‑of‑house areas
• Adhering to all hygiene, health & safety, and workplace procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning is an advantage, but not essential
• Reliable, punctual, and committed candidates
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Flexible availability for relief, part‑time, or full‑time temporary work

A full driving licence and access to a car are not essential, however they are a strong advantage, particularly for candidates travelling from surrounding areas or covering early shifts.
