We are currently looking for experienced Catering Assistants to join the team of our client in Cork. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent support for the food preparation.
• Facilitating the team with preparation and serving of different cuisines/food items.
• Ensuring all tableware and chafing dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized before each catering event.
• Keeping the kitchen premises neat and clean.
• Ensuring the health and safety provisions are being implemented.
• Making sure the equipment’s and machines are working properly in the kitchen premises.
• Ensuring the food supplies are to stocked and prepared before and after the commencement of any program/event.
• Keeping systematic record of all the inventory.
• Effective communication is required with the customers/clients.
• Assisting transactions in order to ensure customer billing experience.
• Answering guests’ catering-related questions during events and addressing all complaints.
