Catering Assistant

We are currently recruiting experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Relief Catering Staff to join our growing team within the public healthcare sector.

Please note: Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ catering experience. As these are relief positions, successful candidates will be expected to confidently integrate into busy healthcare catering environments from day one. Experience working in fast-paced catering settings and the ability to work independently are essential

Responsibilities:

• You will be required to work as part of a team and take instruction.

• You will have the required ability to work in kitchens or at ward level.
• You will be required to assist in delivering meals to patients.
• You will be required to clean in all areas of the hospital.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a catering assistant or cleaner.
• Manual Handling & HACCP Level 1 training will be required and can be supplied at registration.
• Visa or GNIB (if applicable)
• International Police Clearance (if lived abroad 6+ months)

• Be available to work part time or full-time hours, which may include days, evenings & weekends.
