Catering Asisstant

Job description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Catering Assistants to join our team. The successful candidates will assist with food preparation, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist with basic food preparation and food service.

* Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* Set up and clear tables, service areas and dining facilities.

* Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining and service areas.

* Follow food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures.

* Store food and equipment correctly and help minimise food waste.

* Replenish food, drinks and service supplies when required.

* Work effectively as part of a team and support kitchen and catering staff.

* Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Reliability, punctuality and good attention to detail.

* Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, where required.

* Previous catering or hospitality experience.
