Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for meeting weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Researching and evaluating new commercial opportunities
  • Support and liaise with Business Development Executive and Sales and Marketing Team
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of industry, help identify new business opportunities for the company, including emerging markets, possible growth and useful trends
  • Coordinate with internal marketing, product development and customer success teams to ensure strong market presence and client satisfaction



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a field sales role (preferably within the construction industry)
  • A proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent business development acumen, able to build and foster strong relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and team player with strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task, plan, prioritize and manage workloads
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
