Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Limerick
Salary: €50,000 – €55,000
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Business Development Manager in Limerick.
The Role

Develop and implement business development strategies to grow revenue.

Identify and secure new business opportunities within target markets.

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
-
Support brand growth and strengthen market presence in the region.
-
Work closely with senior management to achieve commercial targets.
The Duties

Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

Manage existing accounts and identify upselling opportunities.
-
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
-
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
-
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
-
Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure service delivery.
-
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
-
Represent the company professionally at industry events and meetings.
Requirements

Must have experience in Hospitality.

Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.

Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Commercially focused with strong market awareness.

Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
