Lead the breakfast service operation, ensuring a high-quality guest experience from start to finish.
Manage team performance, service standards, and operational efficiency during breakfast service.

The Duties

• Oversee the daily breakfast service operation.
• Lead, train, and support the food & beverage team.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service delivery.
• Monitor staffing levels and service efficiency.
• Maintain health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

The Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
