Job description

Are you a morning person with a passion for creating delicious breakfast dishes? We are looking for a talented Breakfast Chef/Cook to join our client’s team and delight customers with mouthwatering breakfast options!

40 hours per week, 7.30am to 4.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday only

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in a timely manner
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
  • Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
  • Manage and maintain stock in the kitchen
  • Follow food safety and HACCP procedures at all times
  • Coordinate breakfast service to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Execute opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a breakfast chef/cook in a similar role
  • Calm demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail in food presentation and plating
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
