Here at The Noel Group we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Hotel Breakfast Chef to join our Client.
As a Hotel Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious breakfast dishes in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, pastries, and fresh fruit
• Ensure all breakfast dishes are presented and served in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the breakfast kitchen area
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef, with a focus on breakfast cuisine
• Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and recipes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality breakfast dishes
• Certification in food safety and hygiene is desirable
• Living in Ireland and the right to work in ROI

Day-to-day

As a Hotel Breakfast Chef, you will start your day early to prepare and serve breakfast for hotel guests. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless breakfast service, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
