We are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Client brand-new tile and bathroom shop location. As the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in the local market. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch’s operations, from sales and customer service to staff management and inventory control. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the home improvement industry, and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to establish the branch as a leading destination for tile and bathroom products in the local market.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and collaborate with senior management to execute initiatives effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and fostering a culture of sales excellence among the team.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed them through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeds their expectations.
  • Implement customer engagement initiatives to build relationships and loyalty, such as loyalty programs, events, and follow-up procedures.
  • Continuously seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team capable of delivering on sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to support the professional growth of team members.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect thrive.
  • Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and optimize product assortment.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management, safety, and security.
  • Monitor branch operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to operational standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the home improvement or building materials industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Sound business acumen with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with retail management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
