Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin
Overview: A well-established and highly regarded hearing care provider is seeking a friendly, people-focused Manager for its Dun Laoghaire branch. The clinic enjoys strong local recognition and a steady walk-in customer base.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a positive difference in their community, whether you have a background in retail, banking, healthcare support, telecoms, or any other customer-facing or service- oriented environment. Previous experience in hearing care is not required; full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience for every visitor.
- Work closely with the on-site audiologist to support client appointments and maintain an organized schedule.
- Provide guidance to customers on products and services, helping them make informed decisions about their hearing care.
- Encourage new appointments and follow-ups to support branch growth.
- Actively engage with the local community through events, partnerships, and outreach to raise awareness of the clinic’s services.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, customer records, and stock updates.
- Support the adoption of new digital systems and processes to improve customer experience.
Candidate Profile:
- Experienced in customer-facing roles, whether in retail, banking, telecoms, pharmacy, or similar sectors.
- Confident managing operations and achieving performance targets.
- Warm, personable, and skilled at building trust with customers, many of whom are older adults.
- Organized and comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
- Passionate about community engagement and creating a welcoming environment.
- Previous experience in healthcare or hearing care is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.
