Reports To: Bar Manager / Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join the team at a prestigious 4-star property in Co. Cavan. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, creating quality drinks, and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable bar experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
• Manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure correct storage and rotation
• Handle payments and transactions accurately and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the wider food and beverage team

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is essential
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Legal right to work in Ireland
