Job description

The Noel Group is partnering with some of Ireland’s leading hospitality venues, and we’re looking for skilled, passionate Baristas to join teams across Dublin.

Please note: Only candidates with proven barista experience will be considered.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barista experience is essential

• Strong ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

• A commitment to quality, integrity, and efficiency

• Manual Handling & HACCP training (advantage, not essential)

• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee following established recipes

• Engage customers with knowledge of coffee blends and brewing methods

• Maintain a calm, positive, and professional attitude during busy periods

• Operate the till and handle customer transactions

• Keep the workspace clean, organised, and fully stocked

• Ensure a safe and hygienic working environment at all times

• Provide a warm welcome and assist customers with their coffee choices
