Job description

Barista – Monday to Friday | Cork | €30,000 per annum
Hours: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm (No weekends)

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the catering and hospitality industry to recruit a dedicated and experienced Barista for a full-time, Monday to Friday position based in Cork.

As Barista, you will be the face of the café, delivering exceptional service and consistently high-quality beverages. You will take pride in crafting specialty coffee and drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming space, and ensuring customers receive a top-tier experience.

Key Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to a high standard.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the service area and coffee equipment.

• Provide a friendly, welcoming service to all guests and staff.

• Follow all food safety, HACCP, and health & safety guidelines.

• Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when needed.

• Support the wider catering team as required during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a high-volume setting.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a positive attitude.

• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided.
