Hourly Rate & Weekly Pay Offered
Key duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepare, cook and present food to high standards
- Operate and clean equipment correctly and safely adhering to cleaning and maintenance schedules
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe and tidy at all times
- Control the security of company’s stock and property
- Adhere to all regulations in respect of Health and Safety, hygiene, fire regulations, emergency procedures, etc. (including correct recording of all temperatures and that all necessary food samples are taken)
- Ensure that food prepared is innovative, and seasonal
Ideal candidates should:
- At least 1-2 years proven track record in a professional kitchen or catering kitchen
- Food Safety Level 2 or Chef Qualification required
- A passion for food and service
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a high degree of knowledge in Food Hygiene
- Focus on client and customer service
- Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
- Be commercially focused
- Be a self-motivator and is ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement
