Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to pull pints
• Mixing and preparing a range of different drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
• Cleaning the bar and surrounding areas to maintain a sanitary environment
• Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
• Preparation of tables in order to ensure that they are properly clean and well-arranged
• Ensuring knowledge of the full menu and week specials.
• Handling of bill payments/transactions
• To ensure the delivery of drinks in a timely manner
• Performing tasks in a professional and respectful manner

The Desirable Candidate:

• Experience behind a bar
• Experience in the similar role is preferred
• Customer-oriented approach
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent listening and time management skills
• Positive Attitude
• Team Player
• Excellent communication skills
