Salary: €50,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit an experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager for their busy property in Castlebar. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional to lead and inspire a team while maintaining the highest operational and service standards across multiple outlets.

The Bar & Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the Restaurant, Café, and all Bar outlets throughout the property, ensuring that brand and departmental standards are consistently met. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for exceptional customer service, team development, and driving a positive guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, café, and bars.

• Ensuring the highest levels of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

• Creating and maintaining a strong brand identity across the restaurant and late-night bar service.

• Managing, training, and motivating staff to deliver outstanding service.

• Monitoring and maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety standards in all outlets.

• Controlling stock, ordering, and budgets to ensure profitability and efficiency.

• Assisting in menu planning, promotional activities, and event execution.

• Working closely with senior management to drive business growth and guest engagement.

The Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar Bar & Restaurant Management role within a high-volume hospitality environment.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• A hands-on manager with a customer-focused approach and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong financial and operational acumen.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Visa or relocation packages are not provided.
