About the Role:

Noel Group is currently recruiting a Bar Manager on behalf of a well-established, high-end bar and restaurant located near Letterkenny. This award-winning venue has built an excellent reputation for quality service and guest experience, making it an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the bar operation, lead and support the bar team, and work closely with management to maintain exceptional standards while driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar and ensure high service standards are consistently achieved
• Manage, motivate, and support bar staff to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Ensure all health, hygiene, and safety procedures are fully adhered to
• Manage stock control processes including ordering, stock rotation, and inventory management
• Work closely with senior management to implement initiatives aimed at increasing sales and profitability
• Maintain high presentation standards across all bar areas
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar bar, restaurant, or hospitality venue as a supervisor or manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent understanding of bar operations and customer service standards
• Experience managing stock control and ordering processes
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to driving sales
• Must be living within a reasonable commuting distance of Letterkenny
• Strong communication and organisational skills
