The Noel Group is delighted to be recruiting an experienced Bars Manager for a prestigious luxury hotel in County Meath.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to lead a busy bars operation within a well-established property known for exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the bars department, ensuring smooth operations, outstanding customer service, and strong financial and stock control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the hotel’s bars and bar staff
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain premium hospitality standards
  • Support the achievement of departmental financial targets and profitability goals
  • Work closely with stock takers and accounts teams to investigate and resolve stock or cash discrepancies
  • Maintain effective stock management and security procedures
  • Lead and motivate the team while promoting strong communication across departments
  • Carry out regular stock audits, including beverages, glassware, and supplies
  • Ensure all goods and services are accurately recorded and signed for
  • Monitor all cash handling and credit transactions in line with company procedures
  • Assist with staff scheduling and rostering to meet operational requirements and budgets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Bars Manager or similar hospitality management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to thrive in a busy environment
  • Positive, hands-on, and proactive approach to work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Full legal entitlement to work in Ireland
