Salary: €50,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Bar Manager for a well-established and successful bar group based in Limerick.

As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy bar venue while ensuring exceptional customer service, strong team leadership, and efficient operational management.

You will lead and motivate the bar team, drive sales and profitability, manage stock and labour controls, and ensure the highest standards of service and presentation are consistently delivered. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a hands-on approach to the role.

This position would suit an experienced Bar Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager ready to progress within a leading hospitality group.

The Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar venue.
• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall venue performance.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Monitor labour costs and staffing levels.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer experience.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, HACCP, and health & safety regulations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.
• Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.

The Must Requirements to be Considered

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Previous experience managing a busy bar or licensed hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong organisational and operational management skills.
• Commercially driven with experience managing KPIs and costs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
