Salary: €38,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take full ownership of a busy bar operation within a well-established and reputable venue. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving team performance and commercial success.

The Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a high standard of service at all times
• Lead, train, and develop a team of bar staff to achieve excellent performance
• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Ensure all health & safety and licensing regulations are strictly adhered to
• Drive sales and implement initiatives to maximise revenue and profitability
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor staff performance and maintain a positive team culture
• Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives

The Requirements to be Considered

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided
