Job Title: Hotel Bar Manager
Location: Ennis, Co. Clare
Salary: Up to €45,000 DOE

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced and passionate Hotel Bar Manager to lead the bar operation of a well-established hotel in Ennis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to take ownership of a busy bar department, delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing and developing a high-performing team.

The Bar Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel bar, ensuring high standards of service, profitability, stock control, and staff performance. This role requires a strong leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for customer service excellence.

The Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the hotel bar.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service standards.

  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety, HACCP, and licensing regulations.

  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.

  • Drive sales through menu development, promotions, and upselling strategies.

  • Monitor labour costs and manage rosters in line with business needs.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service at all times.

  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Work closely with senior management to achieve financial and operational targets.

The Must Requirements to Be Considered

  • Must have experience in Hospitality.

  • Must have experience in a similar Bar Manager role or be ready to step forward in your career into a management position.

  • Must have strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Must be customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.

  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
