Temporary Bar Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run bar in Cork City, who are seeking an experienced Temporary Bar Manager to support their team for several weeks.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the bar, working closely with staff to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of bar operations
• Supervising and supporting bar staff
• Stock control and ordering
• Maintaining high customer service standards
• Cash handling and end-of-day procedures
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager
• Confident, organised, and comfortable leading a team
• Hands-on, team-focused approach
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Available for an immediate start
