Exciting opportunity in Cork! One of our valued hospitality clients is seeking an experienced Temporary Bar Manager to join their family-run bar for a number of weeks, with an immediate start available.

This is a hands-on role where you will become part of the team and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of the bar operations

• Supervising and supporting bar staff

• Stock control and ordering

• Maintaining excellent customer service standards

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations

• Cash handling and end-of-day procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Hands-on, team-focused approach

• Ability to hit the ground running

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
