This role is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional to support the management of bar operations, delivering outstanding guest experiences while working within a dynamic and supportive team. The client is well-known for its high standards and commitment to service excellence.

Key Duties:

• Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing all bar operations.

• Supervise, coach, and motivate bar staff to ensure excellent service standards.

• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Support the development and implementation of promotions and events.

• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and monitoring departmental performance.

• Deliver a high-quality guest experience consistently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar or hospitality setting.

• Strong knowledge of bar operations, standards, and best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI.

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

Salary & Benefits:
