Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency and top-tier service.

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of bar staff.

• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.

• Monitor sales, costs, and budgets to ensure profitability.

• Implement effective operational procedures and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.

• Introduce creative initiatives to increase revenue and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar high-volume bar or restaurant environment.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Strong background in bar operations, budgeting, and inventory management.

• Mixology experience essential.

• Confident handling customer feedback and resolving issues calmly and professionally.

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
