Job description

We are recruiting for a passionate Bar & Bistro manager to join our clients team in Kildare. Our client is a beautiful 4 star hotel in Kildare, a renowned establishment known for its exceptional service and culinary excellence. This hotel has a 70 seater restaurant which includes outdoor seating. As the new bar and bistro manager you will assist with training and developing the team to ensure to achieve company standards. You will also have an opportunity to grow your career within the company and further your education.

Main Duties:

• Training and development of staff
• Assisting in development of menus and marketing of the restaurant.
• Controlling and managing stock and tills.
• Rostering, department planning and staff development.
• Engaging with customers and guests to enhance the experience and increase customer loyalty.

Ideal Attributes:

• 3 years experience in similar role
• Have a passion for food, beverage and customer care.
