The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Baker in Wicklow.

This role is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of fresh breads, pastries, desserts and baked goods while maintaining the highest food quality and hygiene standards. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting kitchen operations and ensuring a consistently excellent guest experience.

Our client is a well-established hospitality business known for its commitment to quality, customer service and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes and other bakery products.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and hygiene regulations.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering bakery supplies.
* Maintain a clean and organised bakery and kitchen environment.
* Work closely with the wider kitchen team to support daily operations.

Requirements:

* Must have experience in Hospitality.
* Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
* Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
* Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience as a Baker within a hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment.
* Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for producing high-quality baked goods.
* Good communication and time management skills.
