Assistant Technical Project Manager
Location: Limerick Region
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Our client, a leading organisation within the healthcare and public infrastructure sector, is seeking an experienced Assistant Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of capital projects, building maintenance programmes, and estate development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate minor and major capital projects.
- Prepare project briefs, budgets, and work programmes.
- Oversee contractors, consultants, and project delivery.
- Support building maintenance, compliance, and asset management activities.
- Ensure adherence to procurement, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Provide technical support and advice to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree (Level 8 or higher) in Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, or a related discipline, or full membership of a relevant professional body.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, construction, building services, estates, or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of construction, maintenance, procurement, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technical software.
