Salary: €38,000 per annum + Tips

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an Assistant Manager for a well-established and highly regarded coffee business in Dublin 6.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor or assistant manager who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and team leadership, and who is looking to take the next step in their career.

As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of a busy, quality-driven coffee shop. You will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high operational standards, and leading and motivating the team on the floor.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and leads by example.

Key Duties

  • Support the General Manager with the daily running of the coffee shop

  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service

  • Ensure high standards of food quality, coffee consistency, cleanliness, and presentation

  • Assist with staff rostering, stock control, ordering, and cost management

  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

  • Ensure all health, safety, and HACCP standards are adhered to at all times

  • Step into a duty management role when required


Must-Have Requirements (to be considered)

  • Must have experience working in hospitality

  • Must have experience in a similar Assistant Manager role, or be a strong Supervisor ready to step forward in their career

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Passion for customer service and team development

  • Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided
