Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Gort, Co. Galway
Salary: Up to €60,000 per annum (negotiable, DOE)

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit an experienced Assistant Manager for a well-established and high-performing operation based in Gort.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong hospitality professional who is currently operating at Assistant Manager level, or a proven Supervisor/Department Head ready to take the next step in their career.

As Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operation of the business, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong team performance, and commercial results. You will work closely with senior management to drive operational excellence while maintaining a positive and professional working culture.

Key Duties

  • Support the General Manager in the daily running of the operation.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a large team across service departments.

  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered.

  • Oversee staff training, development, and performance management.

  • Assist with rostering, payroll control, and cost management.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.

  • Drive sales, service standards, and overall operational performance.

Must-Have Requirements (to be considered)

  • Must have previous experience in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, or high-volume food & beverage environment).

  • Must have experience in a similar Assistant Manager role or be a strong Supervisor/Team Leader ready to step forward in their career.

  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
