Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Gort, Co. Galway
Salary: Up to €60,000 per annum (negotiable, DOE)
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit an experienced Assistant Manager for a well-established and high-performing operation based in Gort.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong hospitality professional who is currently operating at Assistant Manager level, or a proven Supervisor/Department Head ready to take the next step in their career.
As Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operation of the business, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong team performance, and commercial results. You will work closely with senior management to drive operational excellence while maintaining a positive and professional working culture.
Key Duties

Support the General Manager in the daily running of the operation.

Lead, motivate, and manage a large team across service departments.

Ensure the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered.

Oversee staff training, development, and performance management.

Assist with rostering, payroll control, and cost management.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Drive sales, service standards, and overall operational performance.
Must-Have Requirements (to be considered)

Must have previous experience in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, or high-volume food & beverage environment).

Must have experience in a similar Assistant Manager role or be a strong Supervisor/Team Leader ready to step forward in their career.

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
