The Noel Group is proud to partner with a leading accommodation services provider to recruit an Assistant General Manager for their busy family-only accommodation centre in Roscrea, which houses up to 175 residents. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and highly organised professional to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of a large facility while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents.
The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the accommodation centre, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with standards, and a high level of service to residents. The role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

The Duties:

Support the General Manager in the daily running of the accommodation centre.

Supervise and coordinate staff across multiple operational areas.

Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents at all times.

Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, catering, and reception functions.

Manage scheduling, staff rotas, and shift coverage.

Monitor budgets, stock control, and procurement in line with company procedures.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding regulations.

Assist with resident relations, handling queries and resolving concerns promptly.

Provide leadership, training, and support to staff to maintain service standards.
The Requirements:

Previous experience in hotel, accommodation centre, or facility management.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Knowledge of health & safety, safeguarding, and compliance requirements.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle operational challenges.

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

The Salary & Benefits:

Salary: €45,000 to € 50,000 per annum.
