Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Galway
Salary: €38,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in Galway. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to join a renowned company that is known for its high standards of service, guest experience, and career progression opportunities.

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the F&B Manager in the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and banqueting services. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, leading and motivating a team, and maintaining the highest operational and service standards across all outlets.

Our client is a lovely hotel in Galway, recognised for its outstanding service, excellent dining experiences, and a strong commitment to staff development and progression within the group.

The Duties:

• Support the F&B Manager in overseeing the smooth running of all F&B outlets.

• Supervise and train team members to deliver excellent service consistently.

• Assist with staff scheduling, stock control, and cost management.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Handle guest feedback efficiently and professionally.

• Support in organising and managing banquets, events, and conferences.

• Drive continuous improvement in service standards and team performance.

The Requirements:

• Previous supervisory/assistant management experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
