We’re looking for a Admin Helpdesk Coordinator to join our client’s team and support their daily facilities management operations.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all facilities-related queries. Your main duties will include logging service requests, prioritizing them, and ensuring they’re resolved promptly while providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming requests through telephone, email, and online systems
  • Log and prioritize maintenance and service requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external vendors
  • Keep everyone updated on the status of requests and planned maintenance
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with SLAs
  • Maintain accurate records of requests, completed work, and costs
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
Requirements:
  • Experience in facilities management, helpdesk, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with helpdesk or facilities management systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multiple task in a busy environment
