We’re looking for a Admin Helpdesk Coordinator to join our client’s team and support their daily facilities management operations.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all facilities-related queries. Your main duties will include logging service requests, prioritizing them, and ensuring they’re resolved promptly while providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming requests through telephone, email, and online systems
- Log and prioritize maintenance and service requests
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external vendors
- Keep everyone updated on the status of requests and planned maintenance
- Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with SLAs
- Maintain accurate records of requests, completed work, and costs
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
Requirements:
- Experience in facilities management, helpdesk, or a similar role
- Familiarity with helpdesk or facilities management systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multiple task in a busy environment
