Our client, a fast growing leader in the hospitality and entertainment industry are looking to hire an accountant, to join their finance team in Buncrana.

It is an end to end accounting role where you will have full responsibility for day to day accounting, working alongside accounting technicians, AP/AR and reporting into the Finance Director.

The candidate they are looking for will be part or fully qualified, have end to end accounting experience, possess a right to work such as EU Citizen/Stamp 4 (stamp 1g unfortunately not accepted) and be living in an area commutable to Buncrana.

Key responsibilities:

• Day to day accounting including general ledger, fixed assets, reconciliations, month end.
• Reporting and analysis, in this high volume environment analysing the data, reporting and making recommendation is very important
• Payroll is managed internally for all full time and also paying contractors.
• Tax compliance including filings and VAT, experience with Irish tax is a must.

Must have requirements:

• End to end accounting experience in either industry or practice in Ireland
• Part or fully qualified
• Loving in commutable distance to Buncrana
• Appropriate right to work
