Accountant

We are working with an large healthcare client, based in South Dublin who are looking to hire an Accountant, to join their head office finance team.

The role will suit a qualified accountant with several years Irish accounting experience who is looking for an environment where they can continue to develop their career with a growing company.

In this roles you will contribute to all aspects of the accounting team including day to day accounting, budgeting/forecasting, analysis and insights, management accounts and projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of management accounts, variance analysis reporting
• Cash flow forecasts
• VAT and regulatory returns
• Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Development of annual budgets with group entities
• Wage and salary analysis
• Support external audits
• Provide insights and analysis to aid decision making across the group

Must have requirements

• Qualified accountant with 2 years industry PQE (in Ireland)
• Excellent knowledge of end to end accounting principles
• Living in commuting proximity to south Dublin
• Be able to attend the office 3-4 days per week
• Experience in the healthcare or hospitality industries or similar
