The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an Accommodation Supervisor in Galway.

The Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for supporting the housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves supervising daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and assisting in team development to deliver an excellent guest experience.

The Duties

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping team.
• Conduct room and public area inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support the training and development of housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and allocate duties effectively.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Assist in managing stock levels and ordering housekeeping supplies.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
