Accommodation Manager
Location: Ballsbridge, Dublin 4
Salary: €45,000 per annum

The Noel Group is e proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hotel industry to search for an experienced and motivated Accommodation Manager to join their team in Ballsbridge.

As Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accommodation department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, guest comfort, and team performance. You will lead, train, and support the housekeeping team while working closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience in this luxury hotel environment.

Our client is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Ballsbridge, known for its exceptional service, elegant facilities, and commitment to excellence. The property caters to both business and leisure guests and has built a strong reputation within the industry for its high standards and professional team.

The Duties:

  • Manage the housekeeping and accommodation team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.

  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.

  • Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.

  • Manage department budgets, stock levels, and supplier relationships.

  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas.

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

  • Work collaboratively with the front office, maintenance, and other departments to support smooth hotel operations.

  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service.

The Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an accommodation or housekeeping management role within a hotel environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury standards.

  • Proficiency in stock management, rostering, and budget controls.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
