General Operative – Packaging & Warehouse

Noel Group is currently seeking motivated and reliable General Operatives to join a busy and busy packaging and distribution facility based in Dublin 22.

If you have previous packaging or warehouse experience and hold a valid Manual Handling Certificate, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent full-time work with a well-established operation during a busy and exciting period.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• During peak season, shifts will move to a 5 days over 7 roster
• 8-hour shifts
• Full-time hours guaranteed

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging products accurately and efficiently
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Labelling, scanning and processing parcels
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely
• Conducting quality checks on packaged products
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a busy and supportive team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in packaging, warehouse, production
• Experience with picking, packing and order preparation
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy setting
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate (Essential)
