Noel Group is currently recruiting General Operatives to join a busy, modern, and expanding warehouse and packaging operation based in Dublin 15.

€14.15 per hour

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a General Operative, you’ll play an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently before being delivered to customers.

Duties will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing goods for dispatch and shipment
• Labelling products, parcels, and cartons correctly
• Scanning products and updating warehouse systems
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Packaging products carefully and securely for transport
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely
• Organising stock and supporting inventory control activities
• Wrapping pallets and preparing orders for distribution
• Assisting with goods-in and goods-out operations
• Maintaining clean, organised, and safe warehouse areas
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily targets and deadlines
• Following all health and safety procedures and warehouse best practices

Ideal candidates will have:

✅ Previous warehouse, packing, production, logistics, or general operative experience

✅ Experience picking, packing, labelling, or preparing orders for dispatch

✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

✅ Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

✅ Good communication and teamwork skills

✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

✅ Reliable attendance and excellent timekeeping

✅ Manual Handling Certificate desirable (or willingness to obtain one)

✅ Good level of spoken and written English
