Production Engineering Manager

We’re partnering with a leading precision engineering and manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Engineering Manager for a key leadership role within a high-volume production environment.

This position offers the opportunity to lead engineering performance, continuous improvement initiatives, new product introduction and operational excellence projects while managing and developing a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering support activities across manufacturing operations.
• Drive lean manufacturing, process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage engineering projects, capacity improvement programmes and NPI activities.
• Lead, develop and performance manage the engineering team.
• Support health & safety, quality and operational performance objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Engineering leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise.
• Proven people management and project leadership experience.
• Experience within a fast-paced multinational manufacturing operation.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
