We are partnering with a well-established hospitality group to recruit a Qualified Accountant who will play a key role in financial reporting, controls, management accounting, and business support across multiple hotel operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to join a collaborative finance team and gain exposure to a broad remit within a fast-paced commercial environment. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the successful candidate will support financial operations across the group, with a primary focus on one flagship hotel while also contributing across the wider business. The role offers a clear long-term progression pathway towards Assistant Financial Controller and Financial Controller level.

Responsibilities Include

• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Completion of balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities.
• Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring data accuracy.
• Partnering with operational teams and supporting audit and statutory reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent recognised accounting qualification).
• Previous experience within hospitality (or similar) environment.
• Strong financial accounting and management accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end reporting, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Working and Living in Dublin – visa sponsorship not provided.
