Role: Catering Supervisor
Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15
Salary: €35,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Catering Supervisor in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily catering operation, ensuring high standards of food service, customer satisfaction, and team performance. The successful candidate will support staff management, maintain service quality, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily catering operations and service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and support the catering team.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively.
