General Operative – Warehouse & Packaging

South Dublin | €14.15 per hour | Full-Time

Noel Group is currently recruiting General Operatives to join a busy and growing packaging and distribution operation based in South Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a busy warehouse environment and take pride in delivering high-quality work as part of a team.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday during the initial period
• Moving into the busy season, shifts will be scheduled 5 days over 7
• 8-hour shifts
• Competitive rate of €14.15 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Labelling, scanning and processing parcels
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
• Working collaboratively as part of a busy and supportive team
• Following all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing or logistics experience
• Experience preparing orders for dispatch
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a busy environment and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate (essential)
