You will support the senior management team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily management of hotel operations across all departments.
• Support and motivate teams to deliver excellent guest service.
• Monitor operational standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Support staff training, development, and performance management.
• Assist in driving revenue opportunities and controlling operational costs.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
