Role: Hotel Bar Manager
Location: Galway
Salary: €50,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Hotel Bar Manager in Galway.

This role is responsible for leading the daily operations of a busy hotel bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and commercial success. The successful candidate will drive service standards, staff development, and revenue growth while maintaining cost controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the hotel bar.
• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest engagement.
• Monitor stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Maintain wage costs and departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Support the delivery of events and hotel functions.
• Drive sales initiatives and increase beverage revenue.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
