Role: HR Executive
Location: Midleton, Co. Cork
Salary: €42,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a HR Executive in Midleton, Co. Cork.

This role will support the day-to-day HR function, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment legislation. The successful candidate will work closely with management and department heads to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee relations matters and HR queries.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with HR projects as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
• Knowledge of Irish employment legislation is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
